A Life Dedicated to Inclusion
Dr. Kanodia's lived experience of disability has fueled his lifelong commitment to social justice. He transitioned from a successful investment banking career to focus on disability rights, co-founding a global diversity NGO and serving on numerous boards and committees dedicated to accessibility and inclusion.

London's ULEZ Transformation: Led a successful campaign to ensure the world’s first and largest ULEZ (Ultra-Low-Emission-Zone) considered the needs of disabled people, securing exemptions and financial support.
Systems Leadership NHS England: Abolished disabled car parking charges at over 200 NHS England hospitals, the most significant disability inclusion policy change, benefiting over 2.5 million disabled blue badge holders.
Global Advocacy: Advises on national, regional and local government policy, recently recommended a motion that was unanimously supported by the London Assembly calling for a Disability Champion and strategy for London.

• 2nd Disability Power 100 - at the House of Lords in 2019. Shaw Trust’s list of the most influential and powerful disabled people in the UK. The Power 100 list aims to celebrate the achievements of the UK’s 16 million disabled people.
• Top 10 most Influential BAME Technology Leaders in the UK - Inclusive Boards at the House of Commons in 2018 and featured in the Financial Times.
